Privacy policy.
This notice describes how the current Twillif website handles information shared through the project inquiry form.
1. Information you provide
If you submit the inquiry form, Twillif processes your name, email address, optional company name, service of interest, optional budget, project message, and your confirmation that you have read this notice. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
2. How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. When SMTP is configured, the website sends an inquiry notification to Twillif and attempts to send a separate acknowledgment to the address you provided. The acknowledgment summarizes the inquiry and includes a randomly generated reference; this reference is not a database record or a guarantee of persistent storage.
3. Email and hosting providers
Submitted details are transmitted through the email provider configured by the website owner. That provider may process or retain email content and delivery metadata under its own terms. The website does not save inquiry submissions in an application database. The hosting provider may process technical data such as server access and error logs according to the live hosting arrangement.
4. Security and retention
The form uses server-side validation, antiforgery protection, a hidden honeypot field, request-size limits, and basic rate limiting. The website does not intentionally retain full submitted messages in an application data store or log complete message bodies. Once sent, inquiry emails may remain in email inboxes or provider systems according to their retention settings. No website or email transfer can guarantee absolute security or final inbox delivery.
5. Your choices
You can choose not to use the inquiry form. The form asks you to confirm that you have read this notice before submission. If you contact Twillif, avoid including sensitive information and use a business contact channel verified by the site owner.
6. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, its service providers, or its information practices change. The date above identifies the latest substantive revision. If analytics, advertising, cookies, external content, or additional services are introduced later, this notice should be updated to describe the actual implementation. This page is general information, not legal advice.
